Your Tasks

• Professional acceptance, testing, and evaluation of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and tin
• Conducting tests (acid test, X-ray fluorescence analysis, magnet test, etc.)
• Preparing offers and transparent communication with customers
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and building trust through professional competence
• Compliance with internal processes and documentation in the cash system

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in precious metal trading or jewelry purchasing
• Confident appearance, high trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of materials, fineness determination, and market prices
• Very good command of German, other languages (Italian, French, English) are an advantage
• Enjoyment of precise work and fair consultation
• Reliable, independent, and team-oriented
