For an initial assessment of your watch, please send us photos in advance (including box, papers, and reference number, if available) via per email or WhatsApp. This allows us to preliminarily determine whether your watch is suitable for purchase and what approximate value to expect.
For luxury watches, we consider not only the precious metal value but also the market value, rarity, and condition. As such an evaluation requires time and expertise, it is carried out exclusively by specialized staff. Only after this preliminary evaluation can you send or bring in your watch. After the final on-site assessment, the price will either be confirmed or adjusted.
