Once we receive your package, it will be opened and evaluated under video supervision, ensuring complete transparency at every step. We offer a free and non-binding assessment. After receiving our written offer, you can choose to accept or decline. If you are selling a diamond ring or other diamond-set jewelry, the precious metal and the diamond will be listed separately in our offer.

If you decide not to sell, we will return your diamonds or jewelry fully insured at no cost. If you accept the offer, we will transfer the agreed amount to your chosen account.
