Schweizer Edelmetallhandel is a specialized, independent company dedicated to Urban Mining – the sustainable recovery of precious metals from what our modern civilization has already produced. Our goal is to make sensible use of existing resources rather than mining new ones from nature.

We view precious metals as stores of value that are already in the hands of millions of people today. A large proportion of all gold ever mined has long been in private possession. This is exactly where we come in: We want customers to view their jewelry, coins, or valuables not only as memories but also as raw materials – a resource at their own disposal.
